Snapbac was a suite of heat-and-compression-powered recovery tools looking to enter today’s crowded fitness space. Steeped in science and medicine, Snapbac needed a brand and visual translation of their proven expertise into the world of modern sport.
Targeting “fitness as religion” athletes – dedicated, regimented and workout-obsessed – we designed a brand that could excite the athletic mindset while fitting in amongst the competitive set. We also pivoted the brand’s purpose to focus on the idea of precovery – serving as a proactive tool for continual improvement rather than a reactive fix at the ending of play or training. The philosophy being that, if athletes recover better, they perform better.
Assisting in everything from product design to pop-up retail experiences, we set out to create an identity system that felt fresh, trusted and true to the current athletic world, reflecting their desire to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
